How to Schedule an Event or Meeting
To schedule an event please fill out the Special Event form below and click the submit button. Contact the Food & Beverage / Clubhouse Manager, Anton Usaj, at 216-281-6470 x 22, or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Anton will be your contact person for all details regarding the event (including pricing, food selection, set up, scheduling, etc.).

. Please Note: We will be happy to work with you on other food selections and arrangements as you desire, but deviation from the standard catering menu will be priced accordingly.
All charges must be billed to the members account for any party! If a payment is made it will be posted to the members account.
There will be a $5 per person room charge for all parties (please view the catering menu
for the most up to date room charge). This charge covers set-up, tear-down and clean-up costs for all events held at Edgewater Yacht Club.
Tax and Gratuity
All menu and beverage selections are subject to Cuyahoga County Sales tax of 8% of the total bill. All menu and beverage selections are subject to a gratuity of 15% of the total bill.
Number of attendees
Members who are the contact person for functions at Edgewater Yacht Club should contact the F&B Manager at least 72 hours prior to the function with a guaranteed number of attendees.
We will be prepared to service up to 5% over your guarantee. In the event that you fall below your guaranteed, you will be charged for the number you have guaranteed. In the event that you exceed your guarantee, you will be charged for the exact number served.
PLEASE NOTE: Any event with over 60 attendees will require approval from the Board of Trustees prior to getting on the calendar. The Board meets once a month. Please guide yourself accordingly!
In addition please have your guest visit our website for directions
to the Club. EYC is not on most internet map programs or gps.
Please note that you can contact the office to schedule a meeting (no food or beverage). Please have the following information ready when you call:
1. Date of the event (make sure to have alternate dates in case the rooms are booked).
2. To and From times of the meeting.
3. Room requested (main room or chart room).
4. If you are booking the main room we need the number of people and table set up.
5. Your name & member number.
6. Name of the event.
7. If you need to cancel ANY meeting please call the office immediately!!!
