For a Member's guest to be able to enter the Club
- The Member must be on Club premises.
- The gate security must be notified by the member of the guest's pending arrival (216-281-6470 voicemail x 128).
- If these steps are not followed the guest will not be allowed to enter.
- ALL Guests must park outside the gates. the Gated Parking lot is Member Parking Only.
Members must call ahead to the gate (216-281-6470 voicemail x 128)
and notify security, that they are truly expecting a guest.
Throughout the season, people come to the gate and say they are guests of so-and-so, when they are not. We're sure you would not want these people on the premises, walking on the docks, climbing on your boat or possibly damaging Club or Member property. This rule is for your protection. Also, if a guest arrives prior to the Member they will not be allowed to enter the Club premises.
By our Club rules, and by state law, as a private club we can not serve non-members if the Member is not present. Members shall be responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests at all times.
Member's must be with their guest and cannot come to the Club to let them in and then leave the Club and the guest behind.
